Go on an animal rescue mission at the Singapore Zoo this June school holidays.

The Zoolympix are back and from 1 to 9 June, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, children can pick up a Zoolympix passport and make their way around the Zoo to complete fun challenges while learning about animal conservation.

Zoo Rangers will be on-hand at the six Rescue Ranger Stations spread out around the Zoo to guide young adventurers through games and activities that test their memory, accuracy and agility.

Some of highlights of the games include fishing out rubbish at the Rainforest Kidzworld’s tugboat pond, solving a puzzle at the Fragile Forest and stopping the smugglers at the Sun Bear enclosure. Zoolympix activities are recommended for children between 5 and 12 years old.

Once the activity at each Rescue Ranger Station has been completed, children will receive a stamp on their Zoolympix passports. Complete all 6 stations and they qualify for a chance at a lucky dip.

The Zoolympix passport also contains a lucky draw coupon which all who purchase the passport are eligible to participate in, whether or not they have completed the stations. First prize is a one-year Friends of the Zoo Family membership and 2D1N Sleep with the Beasts Camp, worth over $800 for a family of two adults and two children.

Zoolympix passports can be picked up for $3 at the registration tent opposite the bird photography area, near the Zoo’s entrance.
