SAFRA Toa Payoh’s iconic SAFRA Lil’ Stars returns with a twist this year!
Back with its 8th edition, SAFRA Lil’ Stars 2020 (Online Edition) calls out to the young and the young at heart to unleash their talents and start building their dreams with SAFRA Lil’ Stars — all in the comfort of home sweet home!
The event is a platform for families and children aged 5 to 12 years old to showcase great performances and artistry under the vocal, dance or visual arts categories. Seize the opportunity to wow professional judges and audience and stand a chance to win up to $500 worth of prizes!

This year, SAFRA Lil’ Stars 2020 also re-introduces the Families for Life (FFL) Family Categories which encourages bonding between family members as they join hands to present a collaborative performance or art piece.

Vocal Category
1. Participants are to take a video of their performance without any edits.
2. Start the video with an introduction:
- First name and Last name / Name of Family Group
- Age
- Category (e.g. Vocal – Solo Category B)
- Title of Performance and Artist’s Name (if applicable)
3. Performance may be up to 60 seconds in length (excluding introduction).
4. Participants may choose to sing in the following formats:
- Acapella (without background music) or
- With live accompaniment using acoustic instruments (e.g guitar, keyboard, cajon etc) or
- With a backing track / minus-one (volume has to be lower than actual voice)
Dance Category
1. Participants are to take a video of their performance without any edits.
2. Start the video with an introduction:
- First name and Last name / Name of Family Group
- Age
- Category (e.g Vocal – Solo Category B)
- Title of Performance and Artist’s Name (if applicable)
3. Performance may be up to 60 seconds in length (excluding introduction).
4. Participants may choose to dance in any style / genre.
Visual Art Category (Mask 
Keep Singapore Safe)
Wearing a mask keeps you and others safe. Even our superheroes put on their masks when they go out to save the day. Your mask should cover your nose and mouth fully.
Exercise your imagination and create your own superhero. Colour or draw on the mask template (download here) to show how your superhero keeps Singapore safe from the Coronavirus Disease 2019.
