Grub
Grub is a personal favourite outdoor dining spot located in Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and surrounded by lush greenery. We enjoy their tasty burgers and pasta which are often inspired by local flavours such as har chong gai and chilli crab. Grab an outdoor seat and a local craft beer for a relaxing meal. Little Island Brewing Co
No worries about space, the Little Island Brewing Co spans 10,000 square feet (929 square metres) and houses a microbrewery, bar, kitchen, restaurant and alfresco area. This industrial-chic space has an outdoor area to spend time over the weekend and it offers an impressive variety of drinks as well as delicious slow-cooked meals such as beer belly pork is marinated in coffee, chilli and cumin. The Halia
If your kind of outdoor dining spot is one that allows you to be surrounded by flora and fauna, there’s no better place than The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens. “Halia” is Malay for ginger and is set amidst by over 250 species of ginger, stunning foliage and palm trees.
The restaurant is halal certified and offers European cuisine with subtle accents of Asian flavours. It has recently introduced new items on their menu such as Roasted Jerusalem artichoke, and Signature dishes include the classic Chilli Crab Spaghettini, featuring fresh de-shelled crab meat in a flavourful house-made chilli crab sauce. What better alfresco spot then one with the sand and sea? FOC Sentosa and Sand Bar are both great dining spots that give you an amazing view of Palawan Beach and Siloso Beach respectively. FOC is inspired by Barcelona’s vibrant beach culture and offers a wide range of contemporary Mediterranean dishes as well as refreshing drinks and summery wines. Website.

PS. Café East Coast Park
PS. Café is no stranger to many, especially with their truffle fries being hailed as one of the best in Singapore. The establishment’s East Coast Park outlet is named PS. Cafe by the Sea and gives diners a prime view of the waters at the beach. One item that is popular with the kids is the Mini Pancake Stack and Grilled Ham & Cheese Toasties, which is still as delicious and generous in ingredients despite the kiddie-sized portion. Website.

Privé has several outlets across the island. Choose from the enchanted garden-themed outlet at Chijmes or head to Keppel Bay if you want something a little further away from the centre of town.
