The tour starts at the Nature Gallery where you will find out more about the biodiversity of Pulau Ubin and the conversation efforts of NParks.
Then, you will get to take a tour of the Sensory Trail Pond, which is one of NPark’s earliest habitat enhancement projects. In this segment of the tour, there will be a highlight of plants and animals that are unique to Chek Jawa Wetlands.
You’ll also get to see different views from up above from the Jejawi Tower and close to the ground along the Chek Jawa Mangrove. You’ll also see interesting animals such as the mud lobster, the Singapore Tree Climbing Crab and the Dusky-Gilled Mudskipper.

Visit to the off-limits bat house
End the virtual tour with a rare visit to one of the Bat House at Chek Jawa Wetlands. This was built as part of a species recovery project for bats. See this colony of Lesser False Vampire Bats, a species found only on Pulau Ubin and Pulau Tekong.
