If you’re looking to simply chill or relax with your child during the March holiday 2023 period, you can take a slow saunter down to the Holiday with Rilakkuma at Changi Airport, from 4 March to 1 May 2023.
“Rilakkuma” means “Bear in relaxed mood” and that is pretty much the pace of things at the Rilakkuma Holiday activities at Changi Airport.
There are carnival-style rides, photo spots and premiums to be redeemed at Changi Airport.

Rilakkuma Rides and Carnival
Catering to younger kids, Rilakkuma rides can be found at Terminal 3, Level 2, Departure Hall.
Just outside the Departure Gates, there is a Samba Balloon ride and a mini Ferris Wheel with three carriages.
Close to the Departure Hall Check-in Row 11, there are more rides and carnival games too. A Swing Chair offers little kids a chance for a spin. A set of tea cups also offer a carousel experience too.
There are also game stalls like bowling and shuffle board with prizes to be won.
These rides cater to little kiddies and are an alternative to rest of the rides at the T3 Underground Carnival taking place in the basement.
Redeem 5 free Carnival Credits to play at the Holiday with Rilakkuma rides when you spend a minimum of $80 in Changi Airport Public Areas T1 to T4 ($100 for supermarket).
Otherwise, purchase a physical T3 Underground Carnival Card from ticketing booths. Get up to 15% off when you purchase carnival credits using the iChangi app, with credit packages starting from $10.
The Carnival Credits can be used at both the Rilakkuma Carnival and the T3 Underground Carnival.
Rilakkuma Photo Spots
Also around Changi Airport Terminal 3, at basement 2, are Rilakkuma photo spots.
There is a Polaroid Picture with Rilakkuma & Friends next to Swensen’s and cutouts at ST3PS.
At the other end, beside the escalators close to 4 Fingers (which is currently undergoing renovation), there is a cutout of Rilakkuma in Winter Wear.
Perhaps the most interesting spot is a trick-eye picture that is stuck on to the floor of Rilakkuma shopping.
Rilakkuma Premiums at Changi Airport
There will also be Rilakkuma premiums available at Changi Airport. These include a Travel Tumbler ($11.90), Kids Reversible Bucket Hat ($9.90) and Tea Towel ($3.90).
