Integrated with the Woodlands Health campus, Woodlands Healing Garden is Singapore’s largest therapeutic garden at 1.5 hectares and the first to be purposed built for healing.
The sizable green space, built into the hillside next to Woodlands Health’s campus, has been designed to a place to get an escape into natural surroundings for some peace and calm.
The Woodlands Healing Garden is made up of several zones. Visitors can take a walk through the Wildflower Terraces and enter the Healing Forest, while kids can hide away at the park’s nature playgarden.

The Wildflower Terraces acts as a bridging zone between the buildings of the Woodlands Health campus and the natural landscape of Woodlands Healing Garden.
The meandering path that winds up from the plaza is lined with pretty flowers that can be found around Singapore.
Amongst the colourful, flowering shrubs that have been used to create the lush Wildflower Terraces include plants such as the Torch Ginger, Rose Myrtle and Blue Butterfly Bush.

Pandan plants add a sweet fragrance to the air at the Wildflower Terraces.
Healing Forest
Venture deeper and upwards into the Woodlands Healing Garden and you will come across the Healing Forest.
While it is not a forest, it is still a still a verdant garden with seating around for visitors to sit down and pause.
Visitors can also read about the characteristics of trees, such as the different canopy shapes and bark textures.
There is also an entryway from the the Woodlands-SLE Park Connector to the Woodlands Healing Garden through the Healing Forest.
Woodlands Healing Garden Nature Playgarden
At the bottom of the the Woodlands Healing Garden is the children’s nature playgarden.
It is just next to Woodlands Drive 17, opposite from Christ Church Secondary School.
The Woodlands Healing Garden’s Nature Playgarden provides a naturalistic environment for kids to explore and enjoy nature.
The main feature is a large sand pit with a shelter beside it.
Various natural pathways made from stone or wooden logs criss-cross the nature playgarden. These invite kids to wander and explore.
Other Facilities and Spaces
In addition, there are also event lawns at the Woodlands Healing Garden.
An event plaza can be found where the Wildflower Terraces connects with the hospital.

Woodlands Healing Garden is a place that caters to those who may be at Woodlands Health hospital as well as those who just need a space to escape and be surrounded by nature.
It is located between Woodlands Drive 17, the Seletar Expressway and Woodlands Health at 588 Woodlands Drive 17, Singapore 737924. For those who are driving, the closest parking is at the Woodlands Health car park.
