Anchorvale Village Overview
Anchorvale Village is located at the junction of Anchorvale Road and Anchorvale Street, just across the road from the Sengkang Swimming Complex.
The HDB shopping mall has a basement with shops, three floors above ground and a rooftop area. Levels two is still closed as of May.

There is a large atrium on the ground floor.
The car park is located at Basements 1 and 2. The entrance to the car park is along Anchorvale Road.
The Fairprice supermarket (#B1-06) is located at Basement 1.
Anchorvale Village Food & Restaurants
Broadly speaking, the Anchorvale Village food options consist of mix of casual eateries and fast food restaurants. There is also a hawker centre on the third floor of the mall, but more on that later.
In terms of quick service food options, there is an A&W Restaurant on Level 1.
There is also a Burger King (#01-03) as well as a Subway.
There is a Jollibee (#01-04) at Anchorvale Village.
Other Anchorvale Village food options include Bibimbap/Dosirak (#01-01) for Korean food.
Japanese food lovers will be happy to find an IDATEN Udon (#01-23) outlet where you can personalise your own bowl of udon with sides and tempura.
For dim sum lovers, there is a Swee Choon outlet (#B1-06-07) at Anchorvale Village.
Those with a sweet tooth can pick up a mochi donut from Mister Donut (#01-23)). There is also a Swee Heng 1989 bakery (#B1-09/10) in the basement.
Also in the basement are restaurants such as Rempah by Chilli Padi (#B1-05) that serves nyonya food and food counters like San.wich (#B1-09), which sells interesting flavours of sandwiches.
Need a coffee break? There is a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (#01-17) at the mall, as well as the ubiquitous Ya Kun Kaya Toast (#B1-04) in the basement.
Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre
The Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre on Level 2 is where you will find plenty of food and beverage options at Anchorvale Village.
The 650-seater hawker centre feels spacious and open.
It has 36 food stalls including Pin Wei Hong Kong Style Chee Cheong Fun and Original Simon Road Hokkien Mee.
For those who love snacking, there is Munchi Pancake, which offers different unique flavours of the pancake, and it is right next to Thai Khanom Banana which sells Thai fried banana fritters.
Each food stall in the hawker centre also offers a value meal option from $3.50 and below. The Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre is open daily from 6.30 am to 10 pm.
Anchorvale Village Shops and Enrichment Centres
There is a Guardian (#01-12) on the ground floor. Another interesting shop that invites browsing is Daiso (#01-13/14).
Level 3 is where you will find various enrichment centres, a preschool and a gym.
Anchorvale Village Playground
Parents will be happy to know that there is a children’s playground at Anchorvale Village.
However, when visited on 25 June 2024, the playground was closed off, even though it was open previously.
The Anchorvale Village playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from level 3.
It has a crow’s nest climbing structure.
Other play features at the Anchorvale Village Playground on level 4 include a play structure with slides.
Balancing steps provide some challenge for kids.
There is also an exercise area at the level 4 rooftop.
Bonus Feature: Little Unicorns Preschool Playground
For children who are attending Little Unicorn Preschool, they get to enjoy a playground with a ship-themed play structure.
The Little Unicorns Preschool playground at Anchorvale Village also has a slope that kids can climb up and use a slide to get back down.
