For example, did you know that the first Singapore Grand Prix was held back in 1961. At that time, the race tool place at Upper Thomson Road, on the road that leads to Upper Seletar Reservoir.
You can learn about the history of that era and the racing heroes of that time.
The exhibition then moves on to the more recent development of the Singapore GP night race, first held in September 2008.
Seemingly simple innovations such as street lighting and road surfacing are highlighted, providing a behind-the-scenes at what it takes to transform city streets into a high speed race tract and stage a night race.
Evolution of the F1 Night Race in Singapore
It is a chance to learn about the evolution of the F1 Night Race in Singapore and discover the meticulous planning and engineering marvels behind the creation of the Marina Bay Street Circuit.
You can also relive some of the memorable moments from the races. For example, there is a safety barrier that has been salvaged from 2023 edition of the Formula 1 Grand Prix that bears witness to Lance Stroll’s collision during the first qualifying session.

View F1 Cars
Continue the experience on the ground level where three F1 cars are on display.
Amongst the three is the SF16-H, the 62nd car built by Ferrari to take part in the Formula 1 World Championship. It is the third, since 2014 when new rules were introduced, to be powered by a hybrid power unit, featuring a turbocharged engine fitted with two
electronic motors.
