Pirate Land has opened a new outlet in the eastern side of Singapore! Pirate Land Eastpoint is a new indoor playground in Simei built with younger kids in mind promises an immersive and fun-filled experience in its diverse play zones, even though the play zones are not necessarily pirate-themed.
Pirate Land Eastpoint Indoor Playground Experience
Pirate Land Eastpoint offers an environment that encourages both physical activity and imaginative play. The layout of the playground is thoughtfully designed, with different zones catering to various age groups and play styles.

Kids who are Energizer bunnies can look to strengthen their coordination and motor skills at the first section straight ahead from the entrance.
Here, there are obstacle courses, trampolines, slides, vacuum ball tubes and interactive gaming screens lined around a good-sized ball pit, making it a favourite spot for energetic play.
A key feature at Pirate Land Eastpoint is an “electrifying” central slide which fits adults and kids comfortably.
Themed Rooms for Play
For the imaginative ones who prefer to engage their minds through pretend play, there are various themed rooms set up in the middle section of the playground. These allow kids with different interests to find their happy place, from supermarket shopping, cooking, to lego-building and a separate large building blocks room, to a doll room.
Even though the rooms with props felt understocked compared to the other areas, this did not seem to bore the kids.
The space is also thoughtfully designed for the little explorers who need a safe space to crawl and toddle around. The area is spacious and climbing, slide and ride structures and toys catered to the tiny tots are spread out so adults need not worry about squeezing with others around.
Do take note that most rooms at Pirate Land Eastpoint have low ceilings and looming overhead pipes in order to fit a mezzanine level with two additional rooms, so adults will need to tread with caution.
Interactive screens have also been set up around the entire indoor playground, offering additional digital games and colouring activities, but there is more than enough to keep the children occupied away from them.
Safety and Cleanliness
The play areas at Pirate Land Eastpoint are all padded, providing a safe play environment for kids.
The facility is also generally very clean, with regular sanitisation of the play areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Facilities and Amenities
On the whole, Pirate Land Eastpoint is not big, but it still manages to offer enough activities to entertain kids without making the space feel cramped.
Little chairs are made available for parents to sit comfortably while supervising their children.
Instead of lockers, there are open shelves located above the shoe racks that are next to the cashier counter for storing personal belongings.
While there are no private rooms for birthday parties, Pirate Land Eastpoint offers a safe and compact space where children can run around freely without the risk of getting lost.
It is recommended for drivers to park at Level 4 of the Eastpoint Mall car park as the indoor playground is close to the car park entrance to the mall.
Its location also makes it convenient for parents who need to run errands at the large Fairprice on Level 5 while the kids enjoy themselves at the indoor playground.
