It is rather unusual to come across a barn in the middle of Bukit Batok, but that is what you will find at the farm barn playground in front of Block 535 Bukit Batok Street 52.
The Bukit Batok neighbourhood playground isn’t very large. Instead, it is suitable for younger kids who may be keen to venture out and explore their climbing abilities.

Mustard yellow poles provide the structure to the playground while there are green planks that make up the sides of the play structures.
Topping off the play structure are roofs that give the playground a barn-like appearance.
There are multiple ways to get up into the play tower. These include a climbing wall that in our mind resembles the ramp of a chicken coop. Or kids can take the series of steps that wind up a pole.
From the platform at the top of the play tower, there is a playful slide that will sway kids downwards.
Another way to descend from the tower is to take the bridge down to the lower platform. Under the shelter of the barn roof is a yellow slide.This is broader than regular slides and kids can make use of it to swoosh downwards.
A Cow & Farm-themed Elements
Adding to the farm theming of this Bukit Batok playground is a large cartoon image of a cow on the side of the barn playground.
Also around the Bukit Batok farm playground, there is a word search play panel that is suitable for young kids. They can try to find the spellings of the animals on the board.
There is also a little horse teeter-totter that kids can ride on.
The Bukit Batok farm playground or barn playground is a cute little play spot that is suitable for younger kids. Its location just beside the coffee shop at Block 537 also makes it a convenient distraction for families with kids who may be dining there.
