One signature item is the Avocado Croast. This trendy creation features a buttery croissant stuffed with guacamole, poached eggs, and peppery rocket leaves, all topped with cheese.
Although we originally thought that we were served a salad instead of a croissant due to the heaping pile of vegetables, we enjoyed the interesting mix of textures and flavours in this variation of a classic eggs benedict.
We also tried their Popcorn Shrimp and Cauliflower Fritters, both being a crunchy snack on the brunch menu. They are both coated in a light batter and served with a tangy citrus mayonnaise and chili sauce.
We preferred the Cauliflower Fritters more as we were not the biggest fan of eating the prawns with shells.
Both dishes had a really nice portion and make the ideal appetiser or a quick bite to share with friends.
All-day Dining with a View
Fans of Canopy will be familiar with its signature all-day dining menu, where diners can enjoy a wide range of delicious options from lunch through to late-night bites.
One of the highlights for seafood enthusiasts is the Seared Sea Bass.
This dish features a perfectly pan-seared sea bass fillet, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, all topped with a mustard dill sauce.
The lightness of the fish combined with the rich, creamy mashed potatoes and zesty sauce made this dish one of our favourites of the meal.
Canopy Jurong Lake Garden: for Pets, Families, and Nature Lovers
Canopy Jurong Lake Gardens is designed with both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing diners to choose between a cozy indoor space or an alfresco dining area with uninterrupted views of the lake.
Whether you’re dining indoors or enjoying the sunshine outside, the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding with family and friends.
As a pet-friendly establishment, Canopy welcomes diner’s furry friends to join in the fun, making it a nice spot for pet owners in the West to relax and enjoy a meal without leaving their pets behind.
We only wish that there were more pet friendly meal options so that furry friends will be able to have a snack or two as well.
