Capybara Creek, the latest offering by Wan to Play, is a welcome addition to Leisure Park Kallang and a lovely new indoor playground for young kids to engage in activity.
With Capybara Creek indoor playground’s clean environment, thoughtfully designed play areas, and premium toys, it’s clear that Wan to Play (also behind Forest @i12 Katong, Candy Land @West Coast Plaza and Space @Kinex Mall) knows what kids love.
Capybara Creek Indoor Playground: A Great Addition to Leisure Park Kallang
Known for its skating rink, bowling alley, and several classes for older children and teenagers, Capybara Creek indoor playground now offers something for younger children at Leisure Park Kallang.
Impeccably Clean and High-quality Toys
As with new venues, the toys are new and carefully selected, from brands like Jellycat and Melissa & Doug, which also makes it perfect for children to try out how much they like these toys for parents to decide whether or not to invest in them at home.
Four Exciting Play Areas for All Interests
Capybara Creek boasts four distinct play zones that cater to different interests and energy levels:
1. Sandpit
The sandpit seems like a unique feature for Wan to Play indoor playgrounds. Unlike wooden pallets that other playgrounds hold, these beads offer the comfort of bean bags, and are much more forgiving during accidental falls, making it both fun and safe.
2. Pretend Play
This compact section is definitely a highlight. It includes a variety of themes: a pet and vet station, a cooking and baking zone, a café and a supermarket.
While other playgrounds may have toys scattered between rooms, the area does not allow that, and it’s easy for children to pick up and put them back in the right sections during their play.
It is also very well-stocked, versus minimal, sparse pieces that struggle to string any imagination among the children, something Wantoplay seems to do well.
3. Ball Pit with Slides
This area features a ball pit connected to three slides, including a four-lane slide that kids or families can go down together.
The obstacle course is rather small, but there is sufficient space for adults to follow through with their younger ones.
A note that the tunnel slide may be a squeeze for adults.
4. Trampoline Zone
With four smaller trampolines, this is a safer option so that kids don’t risk bumping into each other and younger ones can be watched separately.
