ST3PS – Communal Amphitheatre at Changi Airport T3 Basement 2
This stepped amphitheatre will be the site for free daily movie screening and other activities during the school holidays. There will also be live sports matches and performances held at ST3PS over the weekends.
Next to the atrium is an art-themed indoor garden which will play host to large-scale sculptural installations in the future.
Together the atrium and garden cover an area about the size of basketball court. Around 15 varieties of plants can be found there.

“We are thrilled to unveil ST3PS, a communal space where we can bring family activities like free movie screenings and live performances to our airport visitors. With the redesign, we have opened up this entire area to bring in natural daylight, add greenery with a new themed garden and brighten up T3 B2,” said Mr James Fong, Vice President for Landside Concessions, Changi Airport Group.
Refreshed Offerings at Changi Airport T3 Basement 2
Changi Airport has also refreshed its retail, service and F&B outlets at T3 Basement 2. Some of the new F&B outlets include aviation-themed food hall concept Terminal M by MOF featuring Korean, Chinese and Japanese cuisines, and Japanese two-in-one concept Ramen Champion & Hokkaido Paradise.
Tai Cheong Bakery will be opening its second café in Singapore at Changi Airport T3 Basement 2 in the coming months. It will serve Hong Kong café classics with a modern twist.
There will also be a refurbished Cartoon Network themed indoor playground at KinderPLAY (previously known as Singkids Playground). Kids can look forward to a Ben 10 and Powerpuff Girl theme makeover at the paid indoor playground.
“The new T3 B2 reflects our continuous efforts to create exciting shopping and dining experiences at the public areas of the airport. We know that many fond memories are forged at Changi – families gathering for a meal before sending off loved ones on a flight, spotting planes and enjoying the play facilities – and we want to continue to make the airport a go-to destination for the whole family,” added Mr Fong.
