Miss visiting Bangkok and its night markets? You can now enjoy a small slice of Thailand at the Chatuchak Singapore Night Market that is now on The Grandstand till 2 April 2023.
The night market has taken over the Grandstand South open-air car park at the end of Grandstand close to Valentino’s, at the opposite end of the supermarket. There are rows and rows of tents, spread out over the 25,000 square feet area of space. The Chatuchak Night Market Singapore offers visitors a mix of retail stalls and also food vendors.
60 of vendors at the Chatuchak Night Market Singapore have been brought in from Thailand. These include 30 Thai vendors who are running food stalls.

Food to Try at Chatuchak Night Market Singapore
Those who are hungry to get a taste of Thailand, there is plenty of food to savour. Tuck into Thai kway chap, Thai banana fritters or Thai cha chak (Thai teh tarik). There’s also grilled chicken from the Thai town of Khon Khaen.
There are tables and seats at Chatuchak Night Market Singapore for those who wish to settle down with their grub under the stars.
Retail Stalls
Amongst the retail stalls are clothes vendors as well as an antique shop. If you wish, you can also opt for a massage at one of the stalls.
For some amusement, there is an entire tent full of UFO catcher machines.
Visiting Chatuchak Singapore
The previous edition of the Chatuchak Night Market Singapore took place in 2020. Unfortunately, it had to close early because of COVID-19.
Entrance to Chatuchak Night Market Singapore is free. For those who are wondering how to get there, there are free shuttle buses running from Botanic Gardens MRT and Sixth Avenue MRT stations to The Grandstand. Pick up timings are available here.
