Together, they will form the floats caravan that will parade their way through the five residential estates.

Colourful Chingay performers in their multi-ethnic costumes will also be mingling with the crowds. Don’t miss the chance to interact with and take photos with the performers.
Chingay Showcase
Missed the Chingay Parade that was held at the F1 Pit Building? Not to worry. You can still soak in the Chingay cheer with a ten-minute stage show featuring various multi-cultural and energetic acts from Chingay Parade 2024.
Showcases and Activities Specific to Each Heartland Location
Each heartland location will also have their own unique showcase and activities. These have been co-created and organised by the residents living in the neighbourhoods.
For example, Holland-Bukit Timah GRC & Bukit Panjang SMC will have a programme that features dragon dance performances by Bukit Panjang Community Club Dragon & Lion Dance Troupe.
At Marine Parade GRC, MacPherson SMC and Mountbatten SMC, community volunteers will come together to distribute “Bags of Blossoms” for visitors at the event, fostering multi-racial and multi-cultural harmony.
Magnificent 21-metre floral dragons, the creation of over 500 residents, students, and partners and made from 300 bottles of recycled bottles will be on display at Punggol GRC & Punggol West SMC.
