CQ @ Clarke Quay is getting new life as a revamped lifestyle destination with new offerings and its branding as a pet-friendly mall. Located along River Valley Road and set in historic warehouses next to Singapore River, it is a day-to-night destination that invites all to visit.

Made up of five blocks, Blocks A to E, CQ @ Clarke Quay has two pedestrianised roads that act as walkways.
Read Street runs from Read Bridge to River Valley Road, while Clarke Street runs perpendicular to Read Street. The two streets intersect at the Fountain Square.
Blocks A to D can be found around the Fountain Square. Block E, which houses the car park, is located by its own, closer towards Coleman Bridge and colourful MCI building.
It is divided into three zones:
- Blocks A and D make up The Riverfront;
- Block B is The Warehouses; and
- Blocks C and E form The Circuit.
CQ @ Clarke Quay Dining, Food & Restaurants
CQ @ Clarke Quay has long been known as dining and nightlife entertainment hub. You will find a wide array of restaurants set in the historic warehouse buildings.
Along The Riverfront, you will restaurants such as Zorba the Greek Taverna, Grand Konak Turkish and Lebanese Cuisine (Block D #01-05) and Chupitos, amongst others. Many of these restaurants, including the three aforementioned, are pet friendly too.
You will also find The Riverhouse with multiple concepts inside.
Another late night favourite, Haidilao Hot Pot can also be found at Block D (#02-04).
Amongst the other restaurants that you can find at the other blocks of CQ @ Clarke Quay is one our favourite KBBQ restaurants, Hanjip Korean Grill House (Block C #01-11).
For ramen lovers, there is Ippudo (Block C #01-07).
For seafood, you can hit up Red House Seafood (Block C#01-02 to 03), which faces out towards River Valley Road.
For more local fare, CQ @ Clarke Quay has a strip of food court style store facing out to River Valley Road. SG Hawker (Block E 01-08) is open till late.
Supermarket, Other Retail and Entertainment at CQ @ Clarke Quay
Fairprice Finest (Block B #01-05) has open a new concept supermarket at CQ @ Clarke Quay.
The Fairprice Finest at CQ @ Clarke Quay has a bar area and a dining hall with various stall. You can also get meats purchased from the supermarket cooked for you on the spot.
Next to Fairprice Finest is Swee Lee Clarke Quay, a music instrument retailer.
The Swee Lee Clarke Quay store doesn’t only sell guitars and other musical equipment at this store but it also has a cafe and seating areas designed to foster a community of music lovers.
The Xperience (Block B #01-01) is is a pop-up experiential space making its debut at CQ @ Clarke Quay. It has a roller skating rink RollerMania 4.0 for those who wish to zip around on wheels. There are also some UFO machines inside the space.
Within The Xperience, you will also be able to find Singapore’s first White Rabbit Pop-up Cafe with cute menu items and merchandise for sale. The Xperience will be at CQ @ Clarke Quay till 31 July 2024. Find out more about The Xperience.
There is also a Singapore River Cruise stop in front of CQ @ Clarke Quay.
Over at the garden in front of Block E, thrillseekers will be able to find Slingshot Singapore and GX-5 Extreme Swing.
And anchoring the nightlife and entertainment at CQ @ Clarke Quay is Zouk.
CQ @ Clarke Quay Pet-Friendly Mall
CQ @ Clarke Quay has more than 10 pet-friendly eateries located across The Riverfront (Blocks A, D) and The Circuit (Blocks C, E). Dining establishments that welcome pets have pet-friendly logos. They include Sanchos, Overscoop, Tomo Tokyo, Chapters by Drinks & Co and others.
You can also keep your pets hydrated at pet hydration bays with water for the furry friends as well as pet waste bins. They are located at various spots such as Block E’s carpark lobby, bicycle parking zone and the entrance to Tan Tye Place.
In addition, there are pet parking zones peppered across CQ @ Clarke Quay.

For those who are interested in the history of the buildings at CQ @ Clarke Quay, keep a look out for information panels on various buildings. These stops provide a background to what the buildings were used for in the past.

You can also look out for events and activities taking place at CQ @ Clarke Quay.
For example, there was the CQ Street Fest held from 17 to 21 April with street performers from Singapore and around the world entertaining the crowds.
There are also other events at CQ @ Clarke Quay, such as the Classic Car Showcase from 13 to 26 April 2024.
Visiting CQ @ Clarke Quay
CQ @ Clarke Quay can be found along River Valley Road, opposite from Fort Canning Park and next to Singapore River.
The closest MRT stations are Clarke Quay MRT Station (NE5) and Fort Canning Station (DT20). Access to the car park at Block E is along River Valley Road.
