Dairy Farm Mall is probably one of the most ulu malls in Singapore. Located along Petir Road, the small neighbourhood mall resembles a strip mall that you would find overseas. Even then, the mall does have a number of food options and cafes. Here is a look at the Dairy Farm Mall food places, shops and even its children’s playground.
Where is Dairy Farm Mall
First, let’s start with the where exactly is Dairy Farm Mall.
The mall is located at the junction of Dairy Farm Road and Petir Road.

Those who have been to Dairy Farm Nature Park can take bearings from the Dairy Farm Nature Park Car Park B. It is diagonally opposite from the open air car park, and across from the heavy vehicle park.
The entrance to the mall’s car park is via Dairy Farm Lane at the rear of the mall. You will need to approach it by turning into Dairy Farm Lane via Dairy Farm Walk. This will allow you to turn left into the road with the car park entrance.
The very first time that we tried to find the mall, we failed. We had driven down Dairy Farm Lane, past the GESS International School and past the entrance to Dairy Farm Residences. Eventually, we gave up trying to find the mall.
We finally discovered that the entrance to the car park is at the very corner of Dairy Farm Lane, in between Dairy Farm Residences and GESS International School. There is an unmarked side road that you have to turn into. This will lead you to the Dairy Farm Mall driveway and its car park.
Dairy Farm Mall Food & Cafes
Dairy Farm Mall is a small mall that serves the surrounding neighbourhood rather than a destination mall that you would go out of your way to travel to. However, since it is a small mall, it does make it a bit (or a lot) quieter and if that is what you are looking for in order to chill, this could be the mall for you.
Unsurprisingly, many of the shop units are dedicated to food options and cafes. Here is a quick look at the Dairy Farm Mall food options.
On the upper floor of the mall (rather confusingly called the first floor), there is a food court called “Farm House” (#01-12).
Some of the stalls that you can find at the Dairy Farm Mall food court include a western food stall.
Another stall sells an interesting mix of chicken rice along with seafood dishes like gropus fish slices ($9), seafood hor fun ($7) and even crab bee hoon ($80!).
There is a Tokyo Taste Japanese food stall.
It sells dishes like tempura, various dons including chirashi don.
Another stall sells desserts like tau huay and tau suan.
The drinks store is run by Kopifellas and also sells alcohol.
Just opposite from the entrance of the Dairy Farm Mall food court is Pâtisserie CLÉ (#01-13), home-grown French pastry shop specialising in tarts and cakes.
Other restaurants include Monzen Izakaya and Grill (#01-04), a Japanese restaurant serving kushiyaki, yakitori, handrolls and more. Yet another restaurant is Plank Sourdough Pizza (#B1-01/02).
Cafes at Dairy Farm Mall
Those looking for cafes at Dairy Farm Mall will have a number to choose from.
There is The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (#01-01/02) along with Luckin Coffee and Baker & Cook (#B1-01/02).
I Scream Café (#01-15) was closed when we visited the mall but there is also another ice cream cafe A.T. GLACE – Gelato & Boba Tea café (#B1-05/06).
A.T. GLACE – Gelato & Boba Tea café occupies quite a big unit and parents will be happy to know that there is a small children’s play corner for little ones.
Dairy Farm Mall Shops and Retailers
The Dairy Farm Mall shops include several that cater to kids. There is Miro Art Studio (#01-14), Power Kids Gym (#01-10/11) and even a Wang Learning Centre (#01-16/17/18).
MindChamps also has a Chinese PreSchool (B1-08/09/10/11) at Dairy Farm Mall.
Other services include Pinnacle Family Clinic (#B1-07), fitness studio BFT (#01-07/08/09) and Flair Studio (#01-05/06).
FairPrice Finest (#B1-12) has a respectable sized outlet at the mall.
One other interesting retailer is Ze German (#B1-03), a German grocer that also has a counter selling German bites and beer.
Dairy Farm Mall Playground
We were surprised to find that that there was a Dairy Farm Mall Playground for kids.
This feature some simple play panels for kids.
We also discovered that the Dairy Farm Mall playground also had a little train play structure, which we can add to our list of train playgrounds in Singapore.
Dairy Farm Mall
Dairy Farm Mall is located at 4 Dairy Farm Lane, Singapore 677622. Its location makes it a convenient pit stop for those who may have just finished a hike at Dairy Farm Nature Park.
