Usually, these facilities are off-limits. However, for the first time in Singapore, Digital Realty is opening the doors to its largest facility for public tours.
Starting in August 2024, you can sign up for a data centre tour in Singapore that will provide you with a deeper understanding of how data centres work and the critical role they play to keep our connected world functioning 24/7.

The data centre at Digital Reality’s facility will appeal to tech enthusiasts, students, or anyone who is curious about the infrastructure that allows data to travels around the globe. It is rare and unique glimpse behind the scenes of the digital world.
The tours will be led by employee volunteers from Digital Realty’s data center operations team and Singapore Tourism Board-trained tour guides.

Get up-close with advanced sustainability technology in action
Learn how data centres are designed to minimise the environmental impact of our online world. You will take a walk around Digital Realty’s data centre rooftop to see its solar panel project in action. You will also visit the Plate Heat Exchanger Room to learn how it is helping to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
Conversation with a Data Centre expert
Engage in a post-tour Q&A with a Digital Realty employee who will share their career journey and behind the scenes of working at a data centre.
Signing Up for the Data Centre Tours by Digital Reality
The tours will run on 24 August 2024, 28 September 2024, 26 October 2024 and 23 November 2024 from from 10 am to 12 pm.
They will be conducted at Digital Realty’s Loyang 2 (SIN12) data centres. Participants will need to be aged 16 and above, and limited tickets will be available at $20 each.
