Who are The Kueh Tutus
The Kueh Tutus are a team of creatives who have been been brought together by choreographer Melissa Quek. They have combined their super-powers of productive curiosity to enter the Singapore scene in 2017, and their playful engagement with music and movement has captured the hearts of parents and children alike.
