F3 (Fun Farmer Future) Theme Park, the first-of-its-kind in Singapore, is uniquely positioned with this vision to let our littles ones enjoy a hands-on farmwork process of harvesting, milling, grinding through semi-realistic tactile and sensory play. Kids are then delightfully rewarded for their “farming” efforts with freshly made soybean milk and delicious popcorn!

A F3 (Fun Farmer Future) Hands-On Experience: Farm Indoor Playground
It’s never too late to teach our little ones how important it is to work with their hands, and learn where their food comes from.

With climate change on the rise, and as a small island nation with limited resources, our future ahead lies in our little ones to carve the path ahead for sustainable consumption and production.
Miniature Farming Zones with Soil and Water Play
Located in a quiet corner on the second floor of City Gate Mall, the 2,500 sqft playground is flushed with natural light, and cheerily designed with inviting yellow hues of maize.
The open-concept playground feels like a clean modern miniature farm with semi-realistic features such as a golden maize harvest “field”, rustic straw hut and miniature water wheel.
Kids can move safely and easily between play zones with low child-friendly padded wall dividers and steps.
Catering to toddlers and even up to primary level, children can explore a variety of farming-inspired interactive zones such as the “Maize Harvesting Pit”, “Corn Cutter Tables”, “Farming & Planting Garden”, “Fish Water Wheel” and the “Castle Ball Pit”.
Each area is accompanied with meaningful farming tasks, and has cute illustrations with Chinese characters that explains each farmwork process.
To get into the “dirt” of it, kids are also provided with realistic farming straw hats, water proof boots and overalls for soil and water play, along with free use of towels and access to an on-site wash basin.
Kids can also enjoy a free-play obstacle course area complete with a spiral slide, bouncy trampoline and ballpit.
A Little Farmer Hard at Work
Eager to earn her soybean milk, Little Pea went straight for the stone mills. She peered inquisitively into the hole of the stone grain mill as she worked her little muscles to grind the soybeans provided.
Satisfied with her fresh grinds, Little Pea stepped into the “Maize Harvesting Pit” and explored through the various steps of how to harvest maize.
From collecting them from the rustic harvest hut to transporting them via a wheelbarrow, Little Pea couldn’t get enough of the silky tactile feel of the maize grains that fell through her little fingers.
Knowing she has to earn her popcorn, Little Pea moved on to work the rotary handle at the “Corn Cutter Tables”, and looked in amazement at the kernels collected.
Very pleased with her kernel “harvest” she was inspired to move on to work the soil at the “Farming & Planting Garden” with other “farmers” to dig and find hidden pre-planted potatoes.
Catching Fish, Earning Real Food Rewards and Crafting
Little Pea was then helped to put on her waterproof farming overalls with boots which covered her up to chest level. She wadded happily into the fish pond and spent good time gleefully trying to catch the school of guppies swimming round and round the water wheel.
The water was shallow and safe and I was impressed at how easily these little guppies could be caught.
Little Pea did fall into the water and got wet, but it was an easy clean up with an on-site wash basin and towels provided. Parents are encouraged to bring an extra set of clothes.
After finishing all the farming tasks, Jennifer (Founder of F3) rewarded the little one with freshly made soybean milk and crispy popcorn which the little one was grateful for, knowing she “worked for it”.
Kids who are interested in crafting can also DIY their own soft toy as gifts on-site, or purchase an architect house building set.
We recommend the 2-hour entry as it gave little pea more time to be fully engaged in play, figure out how to use the farm tools and change into the overalls for soil and water play.
We are truly thankful for this simple, yet effective farm play experience, that instilled some basic understanding and appreciation of what farm-to-table means to the little one.
