Forest Gym is a chance to get a good workout in the outdoors. There are a total of 10 obstacles that, for some people, will evoke strong army SOC (Standard Obstacle Course) vibes. SOC is even the same acronym for the “Sport Obstacle Course”.
Located at Bukit Canberra, it is a place where they can channel their inner ninja as they jump, hop and make their way across the various obstacles.

Over / Under Obstacle
Swing your way over and under these obstacles
Vertical Rope Climb
Put your upper body strength to the test as your make your way up and over the vertical cargo nets.
Traverse Wall
Get a grip on the traverse wall.
Net Crawl
Duck down low to get past the low nets. You will need to leopard crawl your way under the nets to get through this obstacle fast.
Rope Climb
This is a low rope-style obstacle. Get ready to hoist yourself up to the top of the rope.
Log Jump
These stepping stones allow you to test your balance as you hop over them.
Swing Rings
Sway away on the rings.
Balancing Beams
This is yet another test of balance that gets elevated as you go along.
A Frame Climb
This is another good whole body workout.
Horizontal Rope Traverse
There are two ways to tackle this obstacle. The ones who have strong upper body strength can just use their arms. Alternative, use your legs to hook on to the rope.
