Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom Installations at Gardens by the Bay
The Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom exhibition is the American artist’s first major garden exhibition in Asia. The exhibition will feature 25 installations including eight within the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome.
More than 80 pedestal sculptures and other works will also be on display around Gardens by the Bay with installations opening to the public at locations such as the Outdoor Gardens and Bayfront Pavilion from 1 May 2021.
“There’s a strong tradition of Chihuly sculptures being exhibited in famous gardens around the world, so our horticulturists were thrilled to have the opportunity to exercise their creativity to put together beautiful landscapes and floral displays that would complement these stunning sculptures,” said Gary Chua, Gardens by the Bay’s Director of Horticultural Operations.
