Harry’s Singapore is best known as a bar where you can get a couple of drinks to unwind after work, paired together with finger food to accompany the tipple. However, the Singapore brand is aiming to change this image with a new food and beverage menu that provides lighter, more health-conscious and inclusive choices.

New, Health-conscious Menu at Harry’s Singapore

Harry's Singapore Boat Quay

Harry’s Singapore began back in 1992 at Boat Quay. Then known for its live jazz and beers, the long-standing brand has since expanded to 19 locations all over Singapore. It also evolved to serve more than just bar food, with offerings such as its juicy Jazz Burger.

With the shift to more health-conscious living, Harry’s Singapore has undertaken a revamp of its menu to provide lighter food and beverage choices. This includes new vegetarian options.

The new menu caters to a wider range of patrons, allowing more to be able to enjoy themselves at Harry’s Singapore.

What’s more, in response to the rising cost of living, Harry’s Singapore has also reduced its pricing to attract a wider audience including families, non-drinkers and the working crowd.

What’s on the Harry’s Singapore Food Menu

We had the opportunity to sample some of the items on the new Harry’s Singapore menu.

Harry's Singapore Food Menu - Harry's Jazz Burger

We started with the Harry’s Jazz Burger – Remastered ($22++). The burger makes use of a new recipe with a grass-fed beef patty sandwiched between a lightly toasted brioche bun. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and mushrooms along with a jalapeno cheese sauce complete it.

Drunken Fish & Chips

The Drunken Fish & Chips ($21++) is made with Indonesian tilapia coated in a light batter. It is accompanied by a delicious serving of spiced fries. This version of fish and chips is not as “heavy” because of the light coat of batter.

Surfer's Aglio Olio

Our favourite was the Surfer’s Aglio Olio ($22++) which came tossed with olive oil, seaweed, fuikake and garlic. The freshly cut chilli added the right amount of spice to the pasta dish. This dish would be perhaps for those who just wish to have something light yet flavourful.

Guinness Beef Pie

More along the lines of what you’d expect to find at a bar is the Guinness Beef Pie ($17++) with beef shin slow-cooked in the “black stuff”.

Amigo Nachos

Amongst the bar bites options is the Amigo Nachos ($12++). The light tortilla chips are generously paired with a dollop of creamy guacamole, olives and jalapenos so that everyone can get a deliciously coated, crisp bite.

Baba Ghanoush

For those seeking something lighter, a new item on Harry’s Singapore’s bar bite menu is the Baba Ghanoush ($12++). This gluten-free option is served with a house-made eggplant dip.

Pan Seared Salmon

Other menu items include Pan Seared Salmon ($22++), served with brown rice and vegetables, and Roasted Chicken Roulade ($23++) with steamed greens, sweet potatoes and chimichurri sauce.

Harry's Quinoa Salad

Those looking for lighter meal options can choose a gluten-free Harry’s Quinoa Salad ($16++), made with fresh greens, tomatoes and feta, topped off with a sweet balsamic dressing. Perfect for those looking for a light, refreshing meal.

Another option is the Greens with Pesto Pasta ($20++), a combination of spaghetti with green beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, pine nuts and pesto sauce.

Also keep a look out for daily lunch specials that will feature a range of options for $14.99++, inclusive of a soft drink.

Drinks that Cater to the Wider Set of Patrons

In addition, Harry’s Singapore has introduced a new selection of beverages. These include both new alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

For a tasty tipple, give Harry’s signatures such as the Not So Old Fashioned ($19++) and Party Like It’s 92 ($18++).

Catering to those non-drinkers, there are wine alternatives by NON like NO. 3 Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu ($10++ per glass).

Low Carb Beers at Harry's Singapore

Other options that have been introduced at Harry’s Singapore include low-carb beers from brands like Pure Blonde, Heineken and Heaps.
