Nestled in the vibrant Orchard Road is Hilton Singapore Orchard, a revamped modern sanctuary that blends luxury with thoughtful hospitality set to impress everyone from kids to individuals to business travellers.
The little things that matter at Hilton Singapore Orchard
Hilton Singapore Orchard may not have facilities specifically catered to kids, but it is clear they do not lack in attention to details for the little ones.

At check-in, kids are greeted with welcome packs filled with activities and treats and their own hotel cards. Rooms were also decked with kid-sized amenities like bathrobes, toiletries, chef dress-up costumes, and fun activity packs.
Ditching the traditional hotel rooms that aim to provide a homely feel, Hilton Singapore Orchard has clearly chosen a luxury New York style apartment that reconfigures space with smart thinking; sleekness in grey hues are paired perfectly with the practicality and functionality.
The hotel also offers an outdoor pool, albeit without a view, but that’s minor.
Dream Rituals set the kids up for a good night’s sleep
Some parents might say: “One can only hope” when it comes to getting the kids to bed, but Hilton Singapore Orchard is set to help where they can.
With its dream rituals card, children are encouraged to shut off for the evening after washing up and getting into their pyjamas. A few lavender sprays and a starry night light transform the room into a dreamy star-gazing magical sight as they drift off for the night.
A culinary haven of gastronomic excellence
Perhaps that header was too much of a mouthful but the food options at Hilton Singapore Orchard definitely does not disappoint. From the wonderful Osteria Mozza to the delightful Ginger Lily, to Estate’s breakfasts and brunches that redefine buffet spreads, the hungry hearts of Singaporeans will find satisfaction guaranteed in one dish or another.
Authentic Californian-Italian indulgences at Osteria Mozza
The highly-acclaimed Osteria Mozza which will not disappoint in its Californian-Italian fare from the all-too-well-known Nancy Silverton. A trip there during lunch is recommended for the weekend Family Menu, which allows choices between starters, pastas, customised pizzas, and desserts.
The meatball appetizers we selected were a stand out where the meat had been cooked long enough in the tomato passata for flavours to blend together in a sing-song.
Given a choice on the pizza toppings, we went for one red and one white base. While Italians would say it’s a faux pas to have pineapple on pizzas, Silverton’s Californian background and the Hawaiian pizza-loving kids decided it was A-OK to have them on both our pizzas. The white cream-base was accompanied by caramelised sauteed mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, and bacon which was an absolute winning formula. The red tomato-base on the other hand was also delightful with fresh mozzarella, sausage and olives.
A vegetarian must-have would be the Corzetti Stampati which mixes stamped sheets of pasta with a flavourful eggplant, olives and ricotta tomato sauce. The eggplants were charred to perfection and elevated by the salty olives.
The Maltagliati with duck ragu is something so decadent it is better shared. It’s a taste of home-cooked at its best.
The desserts of a butterscotch budino and olive oil cake topped with olive oil ice cream were a perfect sweet ending, but they could not outshine the mains.
A spectacle of the Estate breakfast and Sunday brunch
Estate is the culinary heart of Hilton Singapore Orchard, offering a lavish all-day dining experience.
Breakfast here is nothing short of spectacular, with an extensive buffet that caters to every craving. A variety of international breakfast favourites are complemented by live stations serving up eggs 8 ways (maybe even more), soups and noodles, pastries, fruit juices, waffles, and more.
Whether or not you are staying at the hotel, the Sunday Champagne Brunch is a showstopper that should delight anyone with any preference. The endless buffet includes a tantalizing selection of fresh seafood, sushi, Asian delights, Texas grills to perfection, and a decadent dessert area (yep, not station). Paired with free-flowing champagne, it’s quite an indulgence plus a sight to behold.
Kids are definitely not forgotten as adults pamper themselves. Kids food stations are prepared lower in height to make it easy for the young ones to help themselves to some essentials and partake in joys of the meals. A section at the entrance of the restaurant is also set apart for kids to engage in various activities, such as games and art.
Small changes to in-room dining that offer big differences
The in-room dining system is online, meaning parents can now order meals while on the go and have food delivered by the time the tired family is rushing back to the room after a day’s activities to wrestle bath times, fix meal times, and adhere to bedtimes. It’s one less worry before adults can put their feet up for the day.
