The KPMG Wellness Garden transforms one of the ponds along East Coast Park into a multi-generational with a nature playgarden and therapeutic garden for everyone to enjoy the outdoors and nature.
Located a short distance away from Cyclist Park in the direction of Changi Airport, the KPMG Wellness Garden is centred around a tranquil pond.
It is divided up into several different zones. Each of these cater to a different demographic – from young children to active adults to those who just need a space to relax and unwind.

East Coast Park already has several nature playgardens but the one at the KPMG Wellness Garden has quite a number play areas for children. It may even be more extensive in terms of play areas than the nature playgarden at Coastal Playgrove.
Recommended for children from 2 to 12 years old, it a nature-based space where children can engage in creative play.
The KPMG Wellness Garden Nature Playgarden is divided up into eight zones.
Coastal Beats is a musical play zone with tongue drums that kids can use to create beats.
Driftwood is an adventure log play area where kids are encouraged to climb, jump and crawl over wooden logs.
At Kelong, kids can explore stilts inspired by the wooden stilts of the kelong. Stranded Cargo features the frame of crates as well as lookout points and a trampoline.
Pay a visit to Stream when it rains to see water flowing into the pond. Sand Dunes invites kids to play and refine their fine motor skills.
A Jungle Boardwalk beside the Sand Dunes allows kids to get their own elevated view of the pond and sand play area.
When tired out, head to the Rest Node for a breather.
Nature Fitness Area
Perhaps inspired by the fun that kids can have at the nature playgarden, the Nature Fitness Area offers older ones and adults a chance to have fun with nature too.
There is a Cardio Hill with undulating terrain, an Agility Zone to train flexibility and strength as well as a mobility and strengthening equipment.
Therapeutic Garden @ East Coast
The Therapeutic Garden at KPMG Wellness Garden is especially nice because it looks out over the pond.
In addition to rest areas, there are also planters where visitors can enjoy plants up close.
Pillars with QR codes that can be scanned provide more information about the plants.
There’s even a set of stairs for those who need to do some physiotherapy.
