Gardens by the Bay
Oversized lanterns depicting scenes from around the world make their appearance at Gardens by the Bay. The free light-up also includes water lantern displays with Chinese themes such as The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea and the Treasure Voyages of Cheng Ho. There will also be nightly performances, cultural activities and a food street. Grab your lanterns and head down for the evening!

Chinatown Mid-Autumn Festival Light-up
A Blooming Mid-Autumn comes to Chinatown with 3,100 flower-shaped lanterns adorning New Bridge Road, Eu Tong Sen Street and South Bridge Road. Browse through the Festive Street Bazaar or take part in a Mass Lantern Walk taking place on 6 September to really soak in the festivities.

Lantern Carnival by the Lake
Science Centre Singapore is hosting the inaugural edition of Lantern Carnival by the Lake, where dozens of lanterns will illuminate the Science Centre’s premises. Playing on children’s interest in extraterrestrial beings, 22 human-sized alien and UFO-inspired lanterns will be lining the Jurong lakeside at the Science Centre and Snow City. In addition, visitors can look forward to other highlights, such as lantern-making workshops, liquid nitrogen demonstrations and star-gazing sessions

Moonfest – A Mid Autumn Celebration
With ticketed programmes such as The Cat Who Grew Fat and Other Fables, as well as free performances and workshops at various venues throughout Esplanade, celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with the arts at the Esplanade. There is even a Lantern Walkabout taking place along the waterfront on 6 Sep, 7.45 pm.
