This Porsche model is actually an authentic model replica of the Formula E Porsche race car in real life, complete with sponsor logos. It should be a real treat for those huge fans of Formula E. Motorsport fans ages 9 and up would certainly find this LEGO set very satisfying to build as it provides challenging components like the axels.
It is quite a straightforward set and quite predictable as a Technics set. Right in the heart of the model, the builder will be constructing the main feature of the car which is the pull back function. It will be attached to the tail fin of the car and will enable the builder to have tons of fun later on.
One can also enjoy the car even more using the LEGO Technic AR app upon scanning the car as there are games to play.

My 10 year old was stoked to have his first electric car LEGO model. Here’s his review of it:
I find the Formula E Porsche 99X a very cool set as it has very detailed and unique features. Some of my struggles include placing the wheels and engines of the car. The Porsche has very unique features unlike many other LEGO cars, for example on the box, it gives you a QR code to scan. In the QR code, it provides you with an amazing Augmented Reality experience.
Needless to say, this set has been racing through the living room. I was impressed by how sturdy it was even with endless manhandling. It holds up well and withstands crashes into furniture. Repairs were not required and this is indeed a dream car.
