With the extension of the circuit breaker, major celebrations such as Ramadan and Hari Raya will look different this year without the usual sights, sounds, and smells. One of the highlights that brings the communities together during this period includes the popular Ramadan and Hari Raya Bazaars. As many small to medium businesses rely on these huge events to offset financial losses, we can still support them through the different online Hari Raya bazaar initiatives spearheaded by different groups!
6 Hari Raya Bazaars Online
1. GeylangBazaar.Online
This initiative is spearheaded by Wisma Geylang Serai and kedaisujimy.com, assisting small and medium business owners with little to no knowledge in eCommerce. We love how the vendors will be given continuous coaching and support from the team in areas such as marketing and logistics.
Here, you can support these sellers by buying useful household items, food, books and more. Merchants who wish to sign up on the site can do so in the link below. An incentive will be delivery options given to customers who purchase their items.

2. Ebazaar.sg
Hosted by Avana Singapore, the EBazaar is a large online bazaar that will be selling many familiar things that one can find at a typical Ramadan and Hari Raya Bazaar. The website goes live from 23rd April to 15th May 2020. To launch the opening of the site, there will be a Virtual Celebfest featuring local celebrities. Updates can be found on their individual social media pages and emailed to mailing list subscribers.
3. GoBaza.sg
Branding themselves as “the one-stop digital portal for Ramadan Bazaar and beyond”, merchants can sign up and be listed for free here. Additonal fees can be paid to be featured more prominently on the site. The GoBaza site is very easy to navigate and categorises the many products that are available clearly. They also offer listings for online courses on a variety of topics.
4. B.Halal
This online app is free to download and also free for any business to join. On the app, products are featured in a live-streamed variety show hosted by top celebrities that businesses can pay to be featured. You can download the app via the link on their website.
5. Bazaarrayasg2020
This easy to navigate Instagram page features vendors’ listings in a clean and eye-catching square post. At one glance, you can find listings such as foods, makeup products, accessories and more. We like the creative direction for this page, which makes an effort to decorate each square to represent a stall that you would see in a typical Ramadan and Hari Raya Bazaar. Merchants who are looking to advertise can do so by dropping them a direct message.
6. Bazaar Ramadhan Singapore 2020
Many of us are familiar with the interface of Facebook, and can easily shop and sell products in this Facebook group. Small business sellers can get a wider reach by selling their products on this group and letting customers interact directly with them via Facebook message.
