McDonald’s Hokkaido Salmon Burger
From 8 October 2020, McDonald’s Singapore will have the Hokkaido Salmon Burger in its restaurants.
The burger is made with a patty of Hokkaido salmon coated in crispy panko. This is accompanied with shredded white cabbage, sliced onion and roasted sesame mayo. The Hokkaido Salmon Burger makes use of a bun scattered with black and white sesame seeds.
McDonald’s Singapore’s Hokkaido Salmon Burger is available as both a single patty version from $5.95 a la carte and a double from $7.95 a la carte.

Also making its way into restaurants in October 2020 is the STARZ Potato. The star-shaped taters will be available from $2.20 a la carte for 9 pieces.
The Hokkaido Salmon Burger and STARZ Potato are available after breakfast hours and while stocks last.
They are also available, together with the Yuzu Cream Cheese Pie, as part of the Hokkaido Salmon Feast. The Hokkaido Salmon Feast is available with both a single and double patty Hokkaido Salmon Burger. It comes with Heaven and Earth Iced Green Tea.
