Accompanied by live jazz music, Saturday brunch never felt more relaxed in the heart of Orchard Road. The delicious food and soothing atmosphere at Mosella’s Saturday brunch was perfect in helping us unwind after a busy week.
Executive Chef Pedro Samper, Senior Sous Chef Edwin Koo and Executive Pastry Chef Eunice Low have developed a menu synonymous with the charms of the Mediterranean, while adding on must-have seasonal specials to complement the spread.

Tableside Service with Oysters and Hamachi
A unique element of this buffet brunch is the tableside service of cold appetisers which include Amelie Fine de Claire Oyster N3, 48 Months Iberico Ham, Spanish Crystal Bread, Tomato Burrata & Heirloom Tomatoes and Hamachi Tiradito.
The Hamachi, also known as Japanese Yellow Tail is a must-try. The umami goodness of the seasoned fish is paired with crispy quinoa, mandarin and truffle ponzu as well as garlic chips. This was such a delight on a palate.
Other appetisers to savour include the Bruschetta as well as the salad dishes served alongside fresh greens, hummus, olives, grilled Antipasto and Boccocini.
Hot Appetisers & Mains from the Mosella Menu
One item to include in your selection is the Beetroot-cured Salmon Egg Benedict paired with sea urchin hollandaise and Avruga caviar. It’s a nod to our breakfast cravings and a clever interpretation of the humble breakfast muffin.
Guests can savour mainstays from the Mosella menu including Gamba Roja al Ajillo or Mediterranean Red Prawn, Spanner Crab Croquettes.
Meat lovers will love the flavourful Cochinillo Spanish Suckling Pig and Black Angus Beef Tenderlion. One dish that was highly rated was the Salmon Wellington.
One of the highlights of Mosella’s Saturday brunch is the handmade pasta selection and choice of base. Try the trofie pasta which is a thin, twisted pasta originating from Liguria, Italy and pair it with seafood, or the recommended Aglio Olio version.
Don’t miss the spread of cheese. A gamut of premium European cheeses, such as 14-month aged Comte, Pecorino Sardo al Tartufo, Ossau Iraty and Tommette Vendeenne await.
End on a Sweet Note
Those with a sweet tooth will certainly end their brunch on a high with irresistible bon bons, basque cheesecake, macarons, chia seed pudding, and other exquisite desserts. Children, in particular, will be charmed by the Chocolate fondue and the bonbon praline in an assortment of flavours.
