Disney magic has taken over the Floral Fantasy attraction at Gardens by the Bay. Topiaries of Disney and Pixar characters like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Snow White and Ariel have transformed the 1,500 square metres of indoor space into Disney Garden of Wonder at Gardens by the Bay from 1 December 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy: Disney Characters at Gardens by the Bay
If you are arriving to Gardens by the Bay via Bayfront MRT, to the right as you exit the station, you will find a giant topiary of Mickey Mouse. He beckons you to pay a visit to Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy.
Organised in collaboration with Disney and supported by Singapore Tourism Board, Disney Garden of Wonder is open from 1 December 2024.

The floral display takes inspiration from Walt Disney World’s annual EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in Florida, USA, where Disney characters are transformed into delightful horticultural displays.
When you first step into Floral Fantasy, you will be greeted by the original version of Mickey Mouse in the form of Steamboat Willie. Crafted to look black and white like an old time cartoon, the topiary invokes nostalgic feels that draw you further into the floral display.
Just beyond the Steamboat Willy topiary, a photo booth awaits for you to capture a picture of your visit to Disney Garden of Wonder.
Disney Garden of Wonder features eight topiary sets, each with different characters. Besides Mickey Mouse and Steamboat Willie, you will find six other sets within the Floral Fantasy attraction.
Disney Displays
Floral Fantasy is not a large space. Nonetheless, in addition to the topiary sets, they also managed to include an additional zone at the end which features a mash up between Disney characters and iconic Singaporean dishes.
The floral displays at Disney Garden of Wonder are expertly created and beautiful to look at. You will find yourself posing for plenty of pictures.
Little signs, styled to look like movie clapperboards, provide brief information about each of the films represented.
One of our favourites is that of Winnie the Pooh. It shows him floating away upwards holding on to a balloon. Even though the topiary does not move, it does manage to capture the Pooh’s exuberance.
You can also pose with Snow White. We especially liked how there are forest animals by the side looking on.
Ariel and Flounder from The Little Mermaid is another beautiful spot for photos. Sebastian is part of the scene too!
We must say that we were quite impressed with the display of Mike and Sulley from Monsters, Inc. Sulley is so large that he will dominate any photo. The iconic door from Monsters, Inc. is also part of the display.
Another display at Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy features Carl Fredricksen, Russell and Dug from Up.
The Toy Story themed floral display stretches out over a series of arches that vaguely reminded us of Slinky Dog. However, Slinky Dog is not part of the display. Instead, Woody can be found at one end of the tunnel of arches while Buzz Lightyear awaits at the far end.
Don’t forget to take pictures with the cute and adorable Aliens too!
Overall, we loved the vibrant colours of the various Disney floral displays.
Flavours of Singapore Zone
In addition the topiaries of the various Disney and Pixar characters, Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy will also feature a Flavours of Singapore Zone. This is located past the first set of topiaries and the vivarium that displays poison frogs (be sure to stop by to have a look at them first).
At this zone, you will be able view some playful and locally-inspired takes on various Disney characters set alongside well-known Singaporean culinary favourites.
Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck are dwarfed by the mountain of ice kachang at their table. Red kopi diam stools have been placed at the display so that you can join them at the table for a photo. We also appreciated the old-style details like the red rotary phone that was on display.
Amongst these locally-inspired displays, our favourite is the playful one of Donald Duck and Chilli Crab. Donald Duck’s tail has been caught by the crab, causing him to let out a loud yelp, so much so that his hat has gone flying off his head and into the air.
You can also find Stitch the durian seller with a pile of gigantic durians. You can join him for a picture and imagine that you can tucking into the delicious king of fruits together!
Before you leave Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy, there is a final photo booth for you to capture a picture to remember your visit.
Disney-themed Pop-up Store
As you exit Disney Garden of Wonder, there is more! A floral, Disney-themed pop-up store, with engaging activities and exclusive Disney-themed merchandise has taken over the gift shop. We liked how there were various animated “flowers” blooming around the shop.
There are various Singapore-themed Disney merchandise that you can purchase – whether for yourself or as a gift for the season. These include t-shirts and lifestyle merchandise.
Within the Disney-themed Pop-up Store at Floral Fantasy, there are also UFO machines for those who are feeling lucky and even photo booths where you can take a picture with your bestie.
Also, as you exit Floral Fantasy, you will receive a free gift, while stocks last. This is a little Disney-themed charm. You can also choose to personalise the charm with letters for an additional fee.
