Located at the heart of the Punggol Digital District, Punggol Coast Mall is a new spot in the northeast of Singapore that is directly connected to Punggol Coast MRT Station. We paid a visit to view the various Punggol Coast Mall food outlets, restaurants and shopping available.
Punggol Coast Mall Overview
Punggol Coast Mall can be divided into two broad sections and it will eventually have 120 stores.
The first section is centred around a large, open-air atrium that can also function as a community space. Surrounding the atrium, there are two levels of shops and restaurants.

The second section of Punggol Coast Mall is an indoor, air-conditioned area. This is where most of the Punggol Coast Mall retail stores are located.
Punggol Coast Mall is connected to the Singapore Institute of Technology from the second floor of the space with the open air atrium by a large pedestrianised walkway.

When we visited at the beginning of March 2025, many of the shops, food outlets and restaurants were still in the midst of opening. Many of these are slated to open within the month of March 2025.
Punggol Coast Mall Food and Restaurants
Surrounding the open-air atrium, you will find a number of the Punggol Coast Mall food outlets and restaurants.
On the first level, if you are looking for coffee joints and cafes, Starbucks is already open. Next to it, BreadTalk will be opening soon.
Other food options that will be opening on the first floor include Jollibee.
The upper level around the atrium can be accessed via several escalators. Here you will find more food options and restaurants.
These include fast food restaurant Burger King, as well as Astons Specialities.
There is also a Sushi-Go restaurant that is already open. Sushi-GO Punggol Coast Mall boasts an extensive menu with over 150 items starting from just $1.80. Signature highlights include GO+ Signature Series featuring a premium selection of thick cut salmon and jumbo sushi, Aburi Shoyu Butter Hotate Sushi, a fusion of flame-seared scallops and soy-butter glaze, Salmon Dragon Roll, a sushi roll layered with fresh salmon and more.
Another option for coffee is Luckin Coffee, while a Kopifellas outlet will be opening soon.
To the rear of Luckin Coffee is a Yi Fang and there will also be a PlayMade opening in front of Luckin Coffee. So there are plenty of options available to grab a beverage.
Other restaurants opening up include Paradise Hotpot, the Hong Kong-style individual hotpot restaurant.
There is also White Cloud Cafe and Shiling Taiwan Snacks store.
More Punggol Coast Mall Food and Restaurants
There are a couple more Punggol Coast Mall food options within the air-conditioned section of the mall.
Most of them, such as Subway, were still in the midst of opening when we visited. However, one spot of note was a Café&Meal MUJI.
Retail Shops at Punggol Coast Mall
Besides food, there are of course also retail shops within Punggol Coast Mall.
Since there is a Café&Meal MUJI at Punggol Coast Mall, it is probably not unexpected that there is a MUJI store as well.
Other shops include Skechers. Opening soon are other shops such as Valu$ discount store.
One other store worth noting is a Daiso, located in the outdoor section of Punggol Coast Mall.
Around Punggol Coast Mall
Punggol Coast Mall is an integral part of the Punggol Digital District and is sure to attract plenty of visitors.
As it is, there are many macaques who seem to be already enjoying the mall.
From the mall, it is possible to walk across the overhead bridge that connects it to the Singapore Institute of Technology campus, and from there, go onwards to Coney Island Park.
For families who are looking for a playground at Punggol Coast Mall, we didn’t come across any. However, there is the hippo and bear playgrounds not too far away at Punggol Point Woods, along with the Tiger and Elephant Playground at Punggol Point Cove.
There will also be a Heritage Walk and Punggol Coast Hawker Centre in the future too.
