Majulah Fiesta at Singapore Sports Hub

Join in the Majulah Fiesta 2024 at Singapore Sports Hub from 9 to 11 August. Amongst the events lined up include sports tryouts, performances, an artisans’ market and even a parrots aerial display! New at this year’s festivities are the showcase of local talents with our very own Majulah Music Hub, and a toast to homegrown artisans and their crafts at AL!VE Artisans Market. On the morning of 11 August at OCBC Square, there will be a special parrots aerial display at 9 am and 10 am at the Water Sports Centre, where a flock of parrots will take to the skies, flying over the Kallang Basin and Water Sports Centre. Get up-close to them during their feeding and photo taking sessions.

Our Tampines Hub is holding its 59th National Day 2024 Celebrations from 8 to 11 August 2024 with four days of fun-filled activities, entertainment and freebies for the public.  Gather the family on 8 August and to have a fun time at the Family Nerf Party while you race against time in an action-packed game. Families of all abilities can join in the fun at the Community Auditorium 2 from 12 pm to 9 pm. On 9 August at 11.30 am, watch a National Day Harp Concert with the captivating sound of harp ensembles featuring Singaporean and international guest harpists playing local favourites like Kopi O, Bunga Sayang, and the beloved Singapore Town. Then, on 10 August, celebrate Singapore’s multi-racial heritage through Culinary Workshops that explore the diverse flavours of Malay, Peranakan, Chinese and Indian cuisines with expert chefs.

National Day Celebrations at National Museum Singapore

On National Day itself, discover more about Singapore by taking part in a National Day Scavenger Hunt. Complete the hunt with all correct answers and stand a chance to redeem a token from the museum, while stocks last. Head to the Explore Room on Level 3 from 10 am to 5.30 on 9 August to try paint pouring to design a keychain. Chapter Zero will be encouraging imaginative play and sensory experience for the young ones at the Front Lawn on 9 August from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. Bounce away on inflatable playgrounds featuring colourful and bright castles at the Bus Bay, Level 2 of the National Museum of Singapore from 10 am to 5 pm. Have a picnic under the stars and enjoy a live telecast of the National Day Parade under the museum’s iconic Banyan tree with your family and friends. National Day Celebrations at One Punggol

One Punggol National Day Celebrations 2024: Bouncy Castles, NDP Screening & More

One Punggol will be hosting its National Day 2024 Celebrations on Friday, 9 August 2024, with exciting family-fun activities and LIVE screening of the National Day Parade at Celebration Square. The public can take part in fun-filled carnival activities and watch a live screening of the National Day Parade at Celebration Square from 5 pm. Look out for the State Flag Flypast which will be flown by RSAF Chinook helicopters and escorted by two RSAF Apache helicopters via the Eastern Route which includes the Punggol district around 5.45 pm to 6.30 pm. Six F-16s will also conduct a flypast from around 6pm to 6.30pm.

Take the little ones to an outdoor installation made of foam blocks at ACM Green this National Day. Families can make their own model Pagoda with LEGO bricks, Balloon Splatter art notebooks or felt plushies. There will be discounted admission to Pagoda Odyssey exhibition as well. Fengshan National Day Observance Ceremony 2024.

Fengshan Maple RN’s National Day celebrations will be held outdoors at Jalan Pari Burong Playground. Enjoy performances from schools, expend the energy at bouncy castles and game booths for the kids. Frontier’s National Day Observance Ceremony & Carnival Celebrations

If you are a resident in Jurong West, go to Frontier CC’s carnival celebrations. There will be a bouncy castle shaped like the Toa Payoh Dragon playground, live performances, food and a lucky draw. Get your tickets for Frontier’s CC National Day carnival celebrations and community walk.

Woodlands PAssionArts Festival in conjunction with Woodlands National Day Carnival

The Woodlands National Day Carnival will be a vibrant celebration with various performances, food booths, and a bouncy castle for children. Residents can get creative with bookmark colouring and making, using food design stencils. They can also get to draw their favourite local dishes at the card-making art booth as well as bring home a personalised painted coaster. Additionally, create unique food-inspired keychains at the DIY keychain painting and making workshop.

The event will also showcase a range of captivating performances, including band, orchestra, and choir. For those looking for traditional performances, there will be Indian and Malay dances.

Bukit Batok National Day Observance Ceremony in conjunction with PAssionArts Festival 2024

Unleash your creativity by painting on sling bags to create a unique and personalised tote. For those interested in exploring unconventional mediums, there will be a coffee painting station where you can use coffee to create beautiful sepia-toned paintings. Additionally, residents can enjoy mini fruit clay magnet painting to bring home as decorative pieces. Another exciting activity is making fruit decorations through net crafting.

The event will also feature a diverse lineup of performances by primary school choirs harmonica performance and a sing-along session.
