There are a few nursing rooms located in the transit area of Terminal 1. The Baby Care Room near the Kaboom shop is a clean, spacious and comfortable space that is well-equipped with three padded diaper changing stations, a baby diaper dispenser, a hot and cold water dispenser as well as two sinks. There are also several private breastfeeding rooms that are each furnished with a sofa and small table for nursing mothers to have some peace and privacy. Besides the family-friendly facilities, the Baby Care Room also boasts an impressive view of the aeroplanes in Changi Airport.
The nursing room located near gate holdroom C24 is brightly-lit and furnished with two cushioned diaper changing stations, a sink, a cushioned bench and a hot and cold water dispenser. There is also a breastfeeding room that holds an armchair and a table for nursing mothers to breastfeed or express comfortably in private.
