Wellness Sensorium at Gardens by the Bay
Stone Ritual
The crop circles made with stones might look a tad strange. It is actually a stone maze where one can engage in a mindful and creative stone stacking ritual. Just as you find the centre of gravity for each stone, pause and centre yourself.
Light & Sound Bath
Step in, close your eyes and take in the soothing waves of light and sound washing over you. Pause, listen and observe. The slow-moving coloured lights and ambient sound will help you to ease into a state of calm.
How about taking a seat at the dressing table, and pass a positive affirmation to a stranger.
On Track
Play at this playground and find your inner child. Read the messages on the platform and slide to remind yourself to smile, be kind to yourself and make yourself a priority.
Spin Orchestra
Step on the pedals and spin to trigger interactive lights and music. Ride in sync with the other and find your tribe. The installation features music by American performance and sound artists Joshua-Michele Ross.
The Source
The centrepiece of the Wellness Sensorium is an installation inspired by origami. Celebrate the energy you bring into the world as you interact with the installation that lights up at night.
The Monument of Good Vibes
Doodle and write on the large installation! Inspire, encourage or just doodle since vandalising is permitted this time.
